EOP&S is a state-funded support program designed to assist qualified low-income and educationally disadvantaged students in completing their educational goals with the assistance of financial and student support services. It's an invitational program open only to those who qualify and commit to participate in the program.

Eligibility
To qualify for the EOP&S Program, you must meet all of the following requirements: 1. Be a California resident or meet California Dream Act requirements 2. Be enrolled in 12 or more units each semester 3. Have less than 70 degree-applicable units 4. Be educationally disadvantaged as defined by EOP&S regulations 5. Be eligible to receive financial aid in the form of a BOGW (type A or B)

The applications are available online only and will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Before you can apply, make sure that you are enrolled in 12 active units.
