Cooperating Agencies Foster Youth Educational Support Program (CAFYES) is a supplemental component of the existing Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) program at Los Angeles Southwest College. The purpose of the program is to strengthen the capacity of ELAC to support the higher education success, health and well-being of former foster youth who are enrolled.

Eligibility
In order to qualify, students must be under age 26, in foster care on or after their 16th birthday and enrolled in at least 9 units at a college with a CAFYES program.
